Mark Walsh is upto 13 in the World from 21st at the end of 2008.

Four PDC Titles in 2009 has seen Walshie storm up to be on the fringes of a Premier League spot if he can finish the year in style. Walshie started 2009 in 21st and had set himself the target of improving that Ranking. Walsh stands £13,000 ahead of 14th place but will have his sights set on a top 6 place after the World Championships. He is currently around £30,000 short of that.
